Jamberoo, South Coast, near Kiama, NSW
This project features a spacious 4 bedroom plus study family home of approx. 350 square metres. The centre building accomodates open plan kitchen/dining and living areas with bedrooms & bathrooms branching off from both sides into three connected sidewings. The design encompasses passive solar principles and includes many sustainable features such as rainwater harvesting, solar hot water system, solar heated water tubes in slab and an onsite envirocycle sewage treatment system.
Main house – part of centre and a wing. Strawbale walls are well protected by verandas, decks or generous roof-overhangs – and it all ties in with passive solar design principles.
Come on in.
